Terms of Service

By purchasing or using Vynox ("the Software"), you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree with them, don't purchase or use the Software.

1. License, not ownership

Purchasing a plan grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Software on one device at a time, tied to the license key issued to your account. It does not transfer ownership of the Software, its code, or any part of it to you.

2. What "Lifetime" means

A "Lifetime" plan grants access for as long as Vynox continues to operate as a product and offers that access tier - it is not a personal guarantee of access forever, independent of circumstance. Specifically, a Lifetime license may stop functioning if: Vynox discontinues the Software or ceases operating entirely; Vynox changes its business or pricing model in a way that no longer supports a one-time lifetime tier going forward; or your license is revoked under Section 5 below. We aren't obligated to provide advance notice of discontinuation, though we'll make reasonable efforts to do so where practical.

3. One license, one device

Each license key is bound to a single device at a time via a hardware identifier. Sharing a license key with another person, or attempting to circumvent the device-binding system, is a violation of these terms and may result in the license being revoked without refund.

4. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every version of any game it's used with. You use it at your own risk, including any risk to your account in the game it interacts with.

5. Revocation

We may revoke or suspend a license, without refund, if we reasonably believe it's being shared, resold, used to abuse or attack our systems, or used in violation of these terms.

6. Payments and refunds

All payments are processed by Stripe. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact support before purchasing if you have questions about whether a plan fits your needs, since access begins immediately upon payment.

7. Third-party games

Vynox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Epic Games or Fortnite. Using third-party tools with any game may violate that game's own terms of service - that's between you and the game's publisher, and we're not responsible for any action taken against your game account as a result of using the Software.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Software after a change means you accept the updated terms.
